3° PART: The SUCCESS HUMAN BEING

Introduction

When one observes the mpany system , we can identify various types of success. We observed  financial success, social success, professional success but what about human success?

We will attempt in the next few pages to highlight, particularly the human dimension of the change in an organisation. We will leave the work undertaken by the schools of behaviorist and systemic and will describe each of the applications and the representations of team work in the organization. Also, the decision-making process individual and collective.

We will then widen this point of view with an approach more centered on human success.We will try to understand  his personal blooming and his capacity to evolve/move with a minimum of tension in his environment. We will expose a method of human change, among others, presented for its concrete results, tested by many people on a purely individual basis.

Lastly, we will treat the problems of the human control of the change in company, all this we will attempt to do  without claiming it as exhaustive.
