The objective of this chapter is to examine the impact which TIC will have on the organization in a strongly competing environment. Also to bring to light the tension fields of the possible change in the organizational structures of the company and the new ways of working by the people in the organisation.
For traditional markets, the products and services offered by the company are seperate. It is based on the comparism with the products or services of the competitors as defined by market share.
How will traditional organisations behave with the introduction of new communication and information technologies is what is to be seen.
