Introduction

The installation of Communication and Information Technologies - TIC in the company must be accompanied in parallel by the progressive installation by a new organization of work. Indeed, the traditional organization of work is inappropriate for the implementation of the potential of information technologies. For example, the conciousness or way of thinking of the hierarchy, detailed division and fixed work duties, the disproportionate importance attached to individual performance. TIC requires a greater flexibility, a permanent recycling of the actors (self-tuition), an increased spontaneous motivation. They do not succeed in themselves obtaining profits on their performance.
