Throughout this chapter but also of the whole of this project, we analysed change that it is technological, organisational or human. These affect us daily individually in the company as well as in our personal life.
The control of the human change is most delicate and at the same time richest of teaching on our own capacities of training and transformation. Most delicate because it reveals its fruits only after the change took place and still, at the beginning, it is visible only in the glance of the other. Richest of lesson in measurement or it makes us become aware of our potential not exploited, of this unknown which is frightening
Change must be led by people who made this step under penalty of intellectualization of the process of change. The change concerning the human being is of intimate dimension, internal register which it will be necessary to act i.e. on the personality which is expressed by a behavior of the roles and attitudes vis-a-vis the events that an individual crosses during his existence.
