In this third part, we approached the company's success from the human point of view. After a historical rapid posing the decoration of the division of the labour, the contributions of work of systemic as regards opening of the 'living' systems enabled us to introduce the concept of complexity and the concepts of Co-dependence, integration and Learning-organization. Team work takes again these concepts and puts in dynamics.
We noted that these internal changes is characterised by an increasingly significant opening to its environment. The interrelationship in the company which results from this growth forces the company to use the means of information and communication at its disposal in order to handle the complexities, to reinforce and maintain the cohesion of the various units.
This approach led us to reflect on the human being, the laws and method of change to include/understand the complexity of his operation. We approached the aspects of the attention, the attitudes, the roles and the behavior and put forth an assumption on the development of this conciousness.
Then we approached the problems of the control of the change in the company.
The systemic approach shows us the mechanisms concerned and their interrelationships but this approach cannot try out and include/understand the change for the person (its lived). Information cannot be a rare product in the company and in the decision-making process which any actor/person is brought to try out in his everyday life.Let us observe even if by chance that information would not be a rarer product.
The processes work about it in the development of information technologies and of communication comprise concomitances with the new organizations on the one hand and the need for the actors on the other hand who are characterized at the same time by a need to be autonomous and be connected to communicate. One can note these phenomena in communication and information technologies with the advent of the micro data processing in network and world network Internet. Organizations with the optimization of the internal processes of the company and alliances, the partnerships and the networks of activities which they weave with the environment and finally in the human being with the need to affirm his personality while seeking to develop a common level of conscience within his relational network.
The representation that we can have of the command in which carries out the technological, organisational development and human being depends on the conceptual glasses which we carry. That one is the engine of the development of the other in an evolutionary process in spiral, sequential, linear or the fact of concomitant emergences, the way in which it is carried out (the process) is as significant as the direction it takes.
It is impossible to study a system of the universe without studying the man. At the same time, it is impossible to study the man without studying the universe. If a man knew himself and included/understood himself, he would also include/understand the laws which create and control the world and conversely. The study of the world and the study of the man must thus be led in parallel, one helping the other. The directions are the link between the world and the man and the observations arerevealing.
