Introduction
Every undertaking must adapt permanently to the evolutions of the environment if it wishes to be maintained and to developed. The change is not an end in itself, it is a need to make a system pass from a state to another. The change takes place with each time an objective is modified, a standard, a rule, a repetitive behavior or a process of transformation.
This change is accompanied by and consists of guiding the system - person or an organization in a transformation; i.e. to modify its form to be different. The step is thus active, and dynamic. One is not satisfied to analyze a state, but to organize well and follow the process of change to achieve a goal.
