"the constant effort that we will have to provide for this end of century will be all to implement in order to give the human being to the center of each thing."
An organization is not a closed system satisfying the need for security of its actors it is a system open on its environment interacting with him thanks to the internal actors, the actors of connection and the external actors although the border is increasingly fuzzy.
The team work uses this opening to achieve a jointly defined goal and representing a collective level of consciousness which transcends the influence of the personality of each actor. The use of the conscience of the play and the regulation of the relationship between the actors by simple but strict rules allow work of an effective and fast coordination beyond the opinions partisanes.
The rare resource is less information than the capacity to be dealt with this information or to be attentive there. The capacity of attention of the actors of the organization (all potential decision makers) is the principal bottleneck of the organisational activity.
The assumption of the attention, at the same time essential dimension of the decision-making processes and rare resource of the organization, is all the more interesting as the capacity of attention of an individual is regarded as limited.
